Your first visit will include a thorough consultation to discuss your hair goals, during this time we will discuss maintenance, provide you with a price quote, a custom aroma experience, to pair with our signature neck and shoulder massage and restorative shampoo service. We'll also provide styling tips and product recommendations to maintain your look at home.
We will also give you a call after a day or so to ensure that you are happy with your hair. Offering recommendations or suggestions to get the most out of your visit.

We do. Our expert colorists are trained in color correction techniques. We require booking a consultation first for these services. During this time we will assess your hair and its health, talk about your hair history and ultimate goals. Pre-color strand tests may be necessary and would be performed during this time as well.

We kindly ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointments. This ensures we have time to fill this your appointment time with another guest.
In the instance of a No-Show, 50% of the scheduled services will be charged to the card on file. Multiple no-shows may result in a required 100% non-refundable deposit on future visits.

In the instance you get a product home and it is not what you expected or not delivering the results you desired, please return that product and we will find the product that is right for you.
